All around good communication, great customer service and experience. The best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I bought my truck from another nearby dealership, but after they gave me the run around and made me feel less than a priority, I sought out Schweiters in Willmar and couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you to everyone there!

While in Willmar on Business my car had a check engine light and would not idle. That crew was very busy but worked me in with a quality repair. A Great Dealership to do business with!

Everyone at the dealership was very respectful and straight forward during the car buying process. If they did not know the answer they contacted someone who did.

I had my daughter bring my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and to change the cabin filter that was set up online and all of these were options to choose. I received a phone call stating my car did not have a cabin filter, but it had an engine air cleaner, and it would be an additional $70ish dollars to change that. If my car does not have a cabin filter, it should not be an option to choose to be done on the website.

I'm a little disheartened that the estimated and invoiced totals were so far off. Estimate was $274 and the final invoice was $422. This included a $50 DTC scan that I would've thought to be covered under my powertrain warranty. The day before the visit there was 6 codes that triggered but dealership said they found none so they had to charge the fee. Loyal GM customers who have a vehicle still under warranty should not ever be charged for hooking up a scan tool under the dash, whether problems are found or not. Not to discredit those individual's knowledge base, but let's face it, the computer and scan tool are doing most of the work on that one.

Great customer service.

Scheduled a oil change on line. Price was 54 something. Got the oil changed. Went to pay the bill. It was 104 something. 50 dollars more then the website led me to believe. Was told they have been having issues with the website.. With that being said. They should have taken the website down. Or Honor the price on the website.. Don't think it's right. That you end up paying double the price.

Doug Wurm worked diligently to find the vehicle we needed within our budget. He responded to numerous emails and texts in a timely fashion, always courteous and professional. This is the second vehicle Doug helped us buy, and he's the reason we returned to Schweiters. We have referred our friends and family to Doug, and we will certainly return for the next vehicle!

Doug Wurm was fantastic.

It was OK, a little frustrating, I had to travel 50 miles for them to confirm what I told them was wrong, and that they needed to order parts and I have to come back in a week. Not a huge deal but a little unneeded. Could have been prepared especially when I told them the code that i found on my scanner. But the people at the service department were great, helpful and friendly. Waiting area is nice.

Doug is so great to work with. I’ve worked with him on 3 different vehicle purchases. He is very knowledgeable, realistic and honest. He doesn’t just try to sell you a car.

I went in for an oil change at 9:30am and left just before 10am. Super quick, kind and professional service. My total was higher than usual so that was slightly confusing but other than that, it was great. Thanks.

Not impressed that they take out my air cabin filter and I denied replacement so it got put back in with leafs on it. Now thats all I hear with heater fan on. I didnt ask for them to check it in the first place.

We were respected by all employees. Tylar was very helpful an answered all our questions. We do wish we would have checked the car better before we bought it. I have allergies and the car had been smoked in. We had it detailed but that has not helped. For 2025 I feel that something should have been done before it was put on the market.

We live in Bloomington and have a cabin in Spicer. Our neighbors from Bloomington just happened to be with us when we picked up our new truck. Unfortunately, the inside of our new truck wasn't cleaned to my husband's satisfaction. I brought it back 2 days later, and Kelli had it detailed by an outside company. When I picked it up, it was beautiful! Our neighbors went back one week later to pick up a 2024 Jeep you had on the lot. When they showed up, the Jeep was inside and detailed to perfection. While we are very happy for our neighbors; it did taint our experience!
