It seemed like it took a long time to get numbers together for our trade. Then it was back and forth with paperwork so many times. The process could be more efficient. We were not told about having to set up OnStar in the vehicle until we were sitting in it AFTER our purchase. Onstar and Serius XM options were not disclosed AT ALL. And add the Chevy App to our phone?? No talk of that either. We were not shown any of the details of how the computer system works. All of these details are important to know!!!

The service team completely forgot about me. After waiting well beyond what they said it was supposed to be, I went and asked about the status of my vehicle's oil change. They said it had been done for a while, and the gal who was supposed to call me left for an appointment. My ticket had even been closed out. They said sorry, but it was in the same sentence, asking how I was going to pay for my already over-priced oil change. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I'm not sure if I'll ever go back, considering this has happened a few times now.

I have had my truck in 2 times during service's for radio going to full volume & not being able to turn down. I also called & let them know it was still acting up while under warranty. Then when it acted up again I was 2,200 miles over the bumper to bumper warranty they would not cover 100% being they did not have it documented. They need to document all concerns even if it's in for a service. I do appreciate that they did cover most under a special policy.

The dealership treated me very well by providing me with a loaner delivered to me and calling me back after hours when they heard I had a stalled truck (again). They also brought my truck back to me when repair was completed. However, GM is not so cooperative, my truck has been in for electrical issues 5 times since February. I no longer trust this vehicle and have been working on a by-back and the follow ups are very poor from GM.

They had an incident that happened while my vehicle was in their care. They handled all repairs and more to make it right. They were very good about it.

Had my ford escape in for a oil change and water pump replacement and pan gasket, all of a sudden the transmission went bad, work just fine when I brought it in, all said they told me it going to cost over 8,000

I am going to provide you two experiences with your dealership. My first experience was picking up a corporate or company car. Evidently you do not make any money on the cars so you invest zero value into the process. I felt as if I were in your way and you couldn't get me out of your place fast enough. The real frustration came with the fact the car was filthy dirty, covered in dust and bird waste and the car had 20-miles of gas in it. I asked if you were going to do anything about this and the answer was a hard NO. Sure makes me want to purchase a personal car from you? Never! Then to add to the frustration, the car has an issue with less than 6k miles on it and fortunately you provided a loaner car. A loaner that full of dirt on the floor, dust on the dash, and was quite honestly, embarrassing to even get into. Can some one take the 10-minutes it took me to vacuum it and wipe it down or you can stay the course and once again not give any value to a customer/consumer. Once again, solidifying the fact I will never purchase a car at your dealership and i will make every effort I can to make to make sure I share these stories with every person I know. Maybe your manager should consider the lifetime value of a customer before they decide to "save their way to prosperity". Act like a leader and consider every person you come in contact with is a customer or we will NOT be!

Because I just turned 104, 000 miles on my 2011Colorado, I wanted to check the status of the brakes. I explained my desire to maintain everything on this truck, and you heard me. You gave me a loaner car and said you would call with a status on the brakes. I didn't even get home, and you called and told me the brakes were fine and to come on back. Upon return, you informed me of their status and said I'm good for a number of years yet. I offered to pay but you said there would be no charge. Every time I come into your dealership I am so impressed with the kindness and professionalism the entire staff has. Thank you for your excellent service.

I bought my truck from another nearby dealership, but after they gave me the run around and made me feel less than a priority, I sought out Schweiters in Willmar and couldn’t have been more pleased. I had my daughter bring my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and to change the cabin filter that was set up online and all of these were options to choose. I received a phone call stating my car did not have a cabin filter, but it had an engine air cleaner, and it would be an additional $70ish dollars to change that. If my car does not have a cabin filter, it should not be an option to choose to be done on the website.

Not impressed that they take out my air cabin filter and I denied replacement so it got put back in with leafs on it. Now thats all I hear with heater fan on. I didnt ask for them to check it in the first place.
